AHP Book Publications 1984-1994

I came across the last few remaining copies of the eight books that I published from the period 1984-1994.  I still remember way back in 1984 running around Sydney trying to find three hundred interested souls to purchase a copy while the first publication “Light at the end of the tunnel” was running hot at the printers. I would have a black and white bromide copy to show interested parties and then I would take down their names and later return with their copies a few weeks later. I ended up using this pavement crunching formula eight times up until the last book “Native Lands: The West of the American Indian 1982-1992 was published in 1994. All up I sold twenty thousand copies of eight titles in Australia and the United States of America. Selling copies from the boot of my vehicle on three occasions across the Great Plains in 1985, 1995 and 1996 to museums, galleries, gift stores and bookstores. It was certainly a lot of fun. I get tired just thinking about it!
